4. ASSEMBLING OF STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS
The manufactured structure is

6. ASSEMBLING OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
The circuits we manufacture are
assembled to create complete panels,
which are fully functional and capable of reproducing a full color image.
7. TUNING AND
LED panels are adjusted to light
and chromatic levels to assure that sharpness and color are the same in the
entire LED advertising screen. To do this,
photoelectric sensors measuring chromatic patterns adjusting and memorizing
each LED component are used.
8. GENERAL ASSEMBLING
Structural frames and parts are
assembled to form completeunits
capable of reproducing videos.
The screen as a whole is activated
and exhaustive testing is carried out.
Once all the tests prove smooth functioning, the screen undergoes image
management and control phase.
10. IMAGE TEST
During the image control phase, several test videos are reproduced. Thus, chromaticism and its quality
level are analyzed. At the end everything is tuned
to adjust the whole unit.
The LED screen is
carefully packed into a high-resistance package to ensure product
protection during transportation.
